Use of information collected:
Autominds.com collects personally identifiable information ("PII") that is volunteered when you submit a request online. Types of PII that is collected includes first and last name, phone number, email, general housing and financial information, and any other information you choose to provide.
The PII collected will only be submitted to the qualified car dealers that we choose from our exclusive network. This will be between 1-3 dealers based on your choice of the number of dealers you would like to have your information submitted to. We DO NOT provide your PII to any other third party vendor.
BY SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION TO AUTOMINDS.COM, YOU AUTHORIZE YOUR PII TO BE FORWARDED AS ABOVE-DESCRIBED. YOU FURTHER AUTHORIZE THOSE THIRD PARTY CAR DEALERS, OR OTHERS WHICH ARE FORWARDED THE APPLICATION TO SHARE INFORMATION IN YOUR APPLICATION, AND ANY OTHER CREDIT INFORMATION THEY OBTAIN FROM YOU, WITH OTHER THIRD PARTIES WHO MAY BE ABLE TO OFFER OR ARRANGE FOR A DIRECT LOAN OR DEALER FINANCING. THESE THIRD PARTY CAR DEALERS MAY CONTACT YOU FOR FUTURE BUSINESS. AUTOMINDS.COM WILL NOT SUBMIT YOUR PII TO ANY OTHER ENTITIES UNLESS YOU AUTHORIZE US TO SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION TO NEW DEALERS IN OUR NETWORK. AUTOMINDS.COM HAS NO CONTROL OVER SUCH PARTY'S INFORMATION HANDLING PRACTICES AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF SUCH PARTY TO ADHERE TO THIS POLICY.
We will keep your information on file to send you information via email through our e-newsletter unless you opt-out of that opportunity. If you do not wish to receive any further information from autominds.com, we dispose of all your PII.
Who owns the application data?
Once it is received in our database, your PII, including your name, e-mail address, and financial/credit status information becomes the property of autominds.com. This information is passed on to chosen dealers within our network based upon your request. Once one of these entities receives this information, it becomes the subject to their respective privacy policy. Our exclusive dealers use this information to process your request and provide valuable services. Any request to opt out of future dealer communications must be made directly to the dealer.

Autominds.com provides links to other websites for the purpose of offering resources and references in regards to the automobile industry as a value to our customers. Autominds.com does not evaluate and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
Security, fraud, and abuse:
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Autominds.com regularly reviews these measures to better protect you.
Must be 18 years or older:
Autominds.com is neither intended for, nor directed to, children under the age of 18. If Autominds.com learns that a person who submits information on the Site is under the age of 18, Autominds.com will promptly delete that individual's information.
